Vistar, a leading candy, snack and beverage distributor, seeks a 1st shift Warehouse Lead for its Green Rabbit facility in Whitestown, Indiana. You will supervise the warehouse crew, ensure safe operations, and support shipping/receiving to maintain efficient flow.

The role requires 1-2 years in warehouse setting, ability to work Sundays, and proficiency with MS Office; a high school diploma is required. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are available in a fast-paced distribution

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1-2 years in warehouse/distribution.
• Ability to work in dry/cooler/freezer environments.
• Stand/walk, lift 10-35 lbs and occasionally 80 lbs.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse crew under supervision; ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain work areas and assist shipping/receiving per schedule.
• Perform forklift safety checks and operate equipment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards and keep paperwork.
• Provide backup support to warehouse management; Sunday work required.
