Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is hiring an Outbound Sales/Marketing Agent to join our Las Vegas call center team. Starting pay is $17 per hour with weekly and monthly performance bonuses. No cold calling and the opportunity for rapid advancement.

You will sell vacation packages over the phone to qualifying guests, assist with inquiries about properties, and participate in ongoing sales training to sharpen your skills. Must be 18+, pass a background check, and bring a positive, coachable attitude.

Qualifications

• Customer Service or Sales Call Center experience (a plus!)
• A friendly, outgoing, and upbeat attitude
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport
• Basic PC proficiency and a commitment to maintaining high call quality
• A fast learner eager to expand knowledge and skill sets
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Must be able to pass a full background check. dress code is business casual.
