Job summary

This role communicates with carriers and DC management, handles daily reports, and supports cross-dock activity, ensuring accuracy and timely updates across the Home Office Transportation Department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) for reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, completes and submits daily reports, bills and paperwork to the Home Office Transportation department.
• Liaises between DC management and Home Office on shipment issues.
• Coordinates loading and delivery to Cross-Dock destinations and new stores.
• Assists Receiving and Shipping with daily clerical duties and file preparation.
• Communicates with carriers about issues related to Worcester DC if unresolved by Home Office.
• Performs special projects as assigned.
