Qualifications

• Experience with outbound operations, staging, and load building.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound loading, staging, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure freight is sorted and loaded accurately by destination and route.
• Coordinate trailer positioning, dock assignments, and departure schedule.
• Monitor on-time departures and resolve loading or shipment issues.
• Assign and oversee daily work activities for warehouse associates.
• Coach team members on productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and loading requirements.
• Track outbound performance metrics and communicate operational updates.
