The successful candidate will manage the outbound execution plan, coordinate with transportation, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 with potential annual bonus.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a distribution or logistics environment.
1-2 years in a leadership role with supervisory experience.
Knowledge of SAP (EWM preferred), Excel, and reporting tools (Power BI).

Responsibilities

Own outbound execution plan, balancing labor, volume, and dock availability.
Prioritize workload based on commitments, customer urgency, and labor availability.
Coordinate with transportation and customer service to ensure flow to carrier pickup.
Manage team for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
Ensure standard operating procedures are followed in outbound activities.
Monitor and adjust daily progress.
Lead daily wrap-ups to prepare for next shift.
Perform root cause analysis for missed shipments.
Communicate with planning, customer service, and transportation teams.
Lead huddles to align commitments and workload distribution.
Identify inefficiencies in outbound flow and lead continuous improvements.
