Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily release of outbound orders, ensuring alignment with requested ship dates, cancel dates, and established ship windows.
• Ensure all e‑commerce orders are executed in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor workflow to maintain consistent throughput across domestic and international shipping functions.
• Partner with Transportation on routing and execution of orders requiring special shipping services or carrier accommodations.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact on‑time performance or customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and support the Shipping Coordinator and shipping team members.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance, troubleshooting support, and operational direction.
• Address employee inquiries related to PTO, scheduling, and order processing.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and results‑oriented team environment.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Customer Service, Logistics, and e‑commerce teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Escalate operational risks and service concerns in a timely and solution‑oriented manner to the Senior Manager of Shipping Operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service performance.

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends; overtime required based on business needs.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Base salary range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year. Base salary is determined by individualized factors such as experience and market location.
