• Organize the manpower in the shipping operation to complete outbound loads.
• Responsible for managing the clerical requirements of the area.
• Ensure daily goals and metrics are met.
• Ensure the supplies needed are stocked and available.
• Follow GDP as outlined in SOP.
• Train associates where required.
• Regular and reliable attendance at work.
• Must take safety first and maintain safe working conditions.
