Job summary

BD in Covington, GA is seeking a shipping/operations lead for a full-time day shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00am–2:30pm). The role coordinates outbound loads, ensures FIFO processing, and maintains ERP data entries and shipping logs. Strong leadership and basic English/mathematics skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; technical/college education preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience with material handling equipment and inventory management.
• Ability to operate related equipment and use a computer/ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Process outbound loads in FIFO order.
• Key in material into the ERP system accurately.
• Update shipping logs as needed and communicate issues to leads/supervisor.
• Train associates and maintain safe, efficient shipping operations.
