Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move and track inventory.
• Verify the accuracy of orders by picking, packing, and labeling products according to company standards.
• Coordinate with carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups and ensure timely shipment of goods.
• Maintain organized and clean shipping areas to comply with safety and operational guidelines.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for quality and quantity to prevent errors and damages.
• Update inventory records and shipping logs using bar code scanning technology and warehouse management systems.
