Job description

Your career as an Outbound Sales Specialist at Booksy will place you at the heart of our mission to empower beauty professionals. You'll be instrumental in converting warm leads, expanding our customer base, and mentoring a small team to achieve success. What You'll Do:
  1. Lead Generation & Conversion: Actively follow up on warm leads to qualify and convert them into sales opportunities. Make outbound cold calls to potential leads to generate new business. Build your online presence (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to promote your Booksy brand and generate leads through these channels. Use email outreach, social selling, and other communication channels to engage prospects. Collaborate with the marketing team to share best practices, identify trends, and exchange ideas.
  2. Reactivation Campaigns: Identify lapsed customers and develop strategies to re-engage them through tailored outreach.
  3. Closed-Lost Opportunity Conversion: Analyze past opportunities lost and develop strategies to re-engage and convert them into warm leads. Work with the sales team to review previous interactions and identify missed opportunities.
  4. Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies. Provide regular updates on campaign results, lead quality, and conversion metrics. Maintain accurate CRM records, track interactions, and manage your pipeline effectively.
  5. General: Collaborate with your sales manager to develop sales strategies. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs using your skills, following Booksy's Sales Methodology. Attend meetings and training sessions. Participate in projects and stay updated on industry trends.
Essentially, to succeed in this role, you’ll need:
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry (e.g., salons, nail techs, hairdressers)
  • Proven outbound sales experience with a successful track record
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Intermediate to advanced Salesforce skills
