Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on outbound sales, visiting law offices in your assigned territory to establish and maintain relationships with attorneys and legal professionals. Your goal is to promote Conclude ADR’s mediation and arbitration services, securing new law firm clients and fostering ongoing partnerships. As the primary point of contact, you will have exclusive rights to the law firms you bring on board, ensuring long-term relationship ownership and commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Engage: Identify and visit law firms within your assigned territory to pitch Conclude ADR’s services, focusing on our expert neutrals, availability, and resolution-focused approach.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with law firm decision-makers, such as managing partners, attorneys, and practice group leaders.
  • Drive Sales: Generate leads, present tailored solutions, and close deals to onboard new law firm clients for mediation and arbitration services.
  • Manage Accounts: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for your law firm clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, addressing needs, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work with our marketing team (leveraging tools like HubSpot) to refine outreach strategies and utilize branded materials for pitches.
  • Track Performance: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in HubSpot CRM.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and local legal market dynamics to position Conclude ADR effectively.

Experience

4+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in B2B sales or the legal industry. Experience selling to law firms or professional services is a plus.

Skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with legal professionals.
  • Proven ability to prospect, cold-call, and close deals in a competitive market.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a territory and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is preferred but not required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Relevant sales experience may substitute for education.

Attributes

Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a passion for relationship-building and problem-solving.

Other

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for visiting law offices within your territory. Ability to work independently and travel locally as needed.
