Infinity Rehab is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to grow customer relationships by engaging current account holders and presenting enhanced home service packages. This role rewards energy, resilience, and strong communication with performance-based earnings.

You will identify opportunities, cross-sell and upsell, and aim to meet KPIs in a fast-paced, supportive team environment with ongoing coaching and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience in call centers or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to engage current customers from a provided lead list.
• Identify coverage gaps and present additional products through cross-selling and upselling.
• Clearly communicate product details and terms to ensure customer understanding.
• Execute call strategies with active listening and customer-centric selling.
• Meet and exceed program KPIs and performance expectations.
• Maintain professionalism and reliability, with strong attendance.
• Support additional tasks and coaching feedback as needed.
