Job Overview

Your main responsibility will be to contact potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule sales calls. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, persistence, and a proven ability to generate interest over the phone. We utilize various lead sources for inbound and outbound sales.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and warm leads.
  • Qualify prospects and set appointments for sales representatives.
  • Follow up via phone, email, and SMS to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and scheduled appointments in the CRM.
  • Overcome objections, build rapport, and answer basic questions about our services.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and efficiency.
