Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contact patients and caregivers to coordinate medication shipments and refill requests
• Build compassionate relationships through excellent customer service
• Support medication adherence and help patients stay on therapy
• Process new prescription orders and refill requests
• Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and payment options
• Document patient information, concerns, and treatment updates
• Coordinate with pharmacists, nurses, providers, and physician offices
• Track shipments, deliveries, and order status updates
• Maintain accurate records throughout prescription fulfillment

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Work Environment & Schedule

This position begins with onsite training in the NW suburbs of Chicago. Once training is successfully completed, team members transition into a hybrid schedule.

• Monday-Friday
• 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Regular Schedule:
• Monday-Friday
• Schedules can vary between 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Hybrid Model:

• 2 days onsite
• 3 days remote

Pay:

• $23-$25/hr

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
