This candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients referred by healthcare providers, conducting high-volume outbound outreach and guiding patients through the enrollment process. Day-to-Day:

• -Make approximately 100 outbound patient calls daily
• -Educate referred patients on remote patient monitoring programs
• -Explain program benefits, expectations, and enrollment requirements
• -Build trust and rapport with patients, particularly senior populations
• -Handle objections and answer questions related to enrollment
• -Verify patient and insurance information
• -Schedule intake and follow-up appointments

• -Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
• -Adhere to HIPAA and compliance standards
• -Meet productivity, quality, and conversion metrics
• -Utilize Regal Dialer, internal CRM, and Slack throughout the workday

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• -2+ years of sales or customer service experience
• -High-volume outbound calling experience
• -Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities
• -Experience working in call center, inside sales, healthcare outreach, enrollment, telecom sales, or similar environments
• -Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day
• -Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• -CRM experience and strong computer skills
• -Strong work ethic, grit, resilience, and coachability
• -HIPAA-conscious work environment with a private home office and dedicated workspace
• -Comfortable following scripts while maintaining authentic conversations
