Parts Town seeks an Outbound Quality Specialist (Keeper of the Stockpile) in Addison, IL. You will resolve inventory discrepancies on orders and maintain order accuracy in our distribution center. Collaborate with Fulfillment Center Customer Service to ensure a positive customer experience.
You’ll work Monday–Friday 12:30 PM–9:00 PM with occasional Saturdays, using High Jump, Syspro and Exacta. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

The Job at a Glance
As the Outbound Quality Specialist (internally known as Keeper of the Stockpile) you will perform an essential function acting as a liaison between our Fulfillment Center Customer Service team. Our Order Quality Specialists are responsible for resolving inventory discrepancies on orders being assembled for shipment, including missing parts, incorrect quantities, and mixed orders. In our Distribution Center, Order Quality Specialists also play a key role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of Parts Town’s sales orders.

The salary range for this role is $43,993.80 – $53,720.20 annually ($21.15 – $25.82 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
