Job summary

Parts Town’s Global Fulfillment Center in Addison, IL is seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee the flow of material, manage put-away teams, and drive safety and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

You will verify OEM parts, replenish inventory, develop standard operating practices, and communicate performance through reports while leading a team with integrity and focus.

Qualifications

• You must be a top performer in your current role and have experience in Put Away.
• You demonstrate a passion for leadership and career growth.
• You’re an all-star communicator and are fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• You have the ability to lead teams, develop people, and stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• You thrive on a team but can also keep yourself on track with individual projects.
• You have the ability to move around for long periods of time, and lift 30 lbs unassisted.
• You can work Monday – Friday 7:00am -3:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Replenish genuine OEM parts inventory by verifying part numbers and quantity and storing them in to the proper location
• Test, develop and document standard operating practices for core area
• Share production and quality performance levels from standardized reports with team members

Salary, Benefits and Equal Opportunity

The salary range for this role is $62,320.50 – $76,169.50 annually, based on qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay-for-performance company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
