Enovis Corporation is seeking an Outbound Lead for our Fort Worth, TX facility. The role supports distribution operations, coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, and leading warehouse tasks to ensure accurate, timely material flow.

Strong leadership and basic Oracle skills are expected. The position requires 2–4 years in distribution or related work, with a High School Diploma; a bachelor’s degree is desirable.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ related experience.
• General knowledge of distribution and materials handling.
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
• Data entry and computer literacy required; Oracle knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unpack, check, and process goods against PO and invoices.
• Oversee warehouse operations including loading/unloading and inventory control.
• Coordinate shipments, cycle counts, and housekeeping of the receiving and shipping areas.
• Provide training and leadership to junior staff as needed.
