Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Some supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, other employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct teammates in their respective area and manage day-to-day operations to meet production.
• Coordinate warehouse associates, forklift operators and techs within the Integration Services center.
• Ensure client orders are picked in a timely manner to meet client expectations.
• Monitor and document daily volume of lab units in departmental records.
• Effectively utilize communication tools to share issues with teammates and management.
• Organize and facilitate department or company meetings.
• Assume the supervisor’s role during supervisor absence.
• Proactively drive tasks through to completion.
