Job summary

First American Home Warranty, part of First American, is hiring sales professionals for a remote, performance-based role. You will identify customer needs, educate on home protection solutions, and close deals with an emphasis on superb customer experience.

The position offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, with ongoing training and a supportive leadership team. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales, a track record of award-winning performance, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3 years of recent and continuous sales experience.
• Experience in financial, insurance, mortgage, telecom or admissions phone sales preferred.
• Uncompromising integrity and passion for customer experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Range: $17.69 - $23.56 Hourly, RemoteThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
