Job summary

GT’s Living Foods, LLC is seeking a Transportation Clerk to schedule and track all outbound freight appointments. You will communicate daily with Carriers, Brokers, and internal Supply Chain teams to ensure orders and pickups are scheduled accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in transportation/logistics or food/beverage manufacturing and bilingual Spanish (preferred).

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience in Transportation/Logistics or food/beverage manufacturing.
• Bilingual; speak, read & write Spanish (Preferred).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track outbound freight appointments with carriers.
• Communicate daily with Carriers, Brokers and internal Supply Chain teams.
• Ensure orders and pick-ups are scheduled accurately and efficiently.
• Handle open projects and meet deadlines as assigned.
• Assist with loading sequences and trailer assignments as needed.
