Job summary

Inside Out Hiring client is a family-owned logistics provider seeking a Bilingual Logistics Coordinator (Oversized & Car Carrier Freight) to ensure shipment visibility and smooth operation. You’ll begin in tracking and tracing roles with a career path toward an Account Manager, working Thursday to Monday, 8 am–5 pm EST, with Tuesday and Wednesday off.

Requirements include fluent Spanish and English, 1–2 years in logistics or freight brokerage, and experience with DAT/Truckstop and Tai Software;

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in track and trace, logistics coordination, or freight brokerage.
• Experience with Produce and Open Deck freight preferred.
• Strong negotiation and multitasking abilities.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Experience with DAT and Truckstop load boards.
• Familiarity with Tai Software TMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level track and trace coverage with real-time shipment visibility.
• Problem-solve operational hurdles during peak-season shifts to prevent delays.
• Maintain accurate communication with carriers on load specifics and schedules.
• Learn and quote competitive rates using market pricing platforms.
• Transition to an account management role based on performance.
