Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions seeks an Outbound Operations Leader to own a fast-paced distribution operation in Charlotte, NC. You will drive safety, accuracy, and productivity in outbound shipping while coaching supervisors to become leaders and managing staffing, budgets, and performance.

You will identify process improvements to run the operation more intelligently and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across shifts and teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment operations.
• Proven leadership of teams and frontline supervisors.
• Degree or equivalent relevant background.
• Lean / continuous improvement knowledge is a plus.
• Open to relocation and flexible across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound shipping performance across safety, accuracy, and productivity.
