Flow Automotive Companies in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an energetic Customer Service Associate for our Flow CRC office. This on-site role focuses on delivering outstanding service across calls, chat, text and email while promoting recalls, retention offers and service options.

You will use CRM and telephony tools to reach customers, schedule high‑quality appointments, and collaborate with dealership staff and marketing to convert leads. No automotive experience required; we train for success.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Comfort with multi-channel communication (calls, chat, text, email).
• Pre-employment drug screening is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service across calls, chat, text, and email.
• Call Flow customers to update recalls, offers, and service options.
• Set high-quality appointments for service visits.
• Use CRM and telephony systems to contact customers.
• Collaborate with dealership staff, brand partners, and marketing to support lead generation and conversion.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.
• Work on-site in Flow CRC office.
