Flow Automotive Companies in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an energetic Customer Service Associate for our Flow CRC office. This on-site role focuses on delivering outstanding service across calls, chat, text and email while promoting recalls, retention offers and service options.

You will use CRM and telephony tools to reach customers, schedule high‑quality appointments, and collaborate with dealership staff and marketing to convert leads. No automotive experience required; we train for success.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Comfort with multi-channel communication (calls, chat, text, email).
• Pre-employment drug screening is required.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels (inbound/outbound calls, chat, text, email)
• Call Flow customers to update them on current recalls, retention offers, and service repair contract options
• Set high-quality appointments for service visits
• Use CRM and telephony systems to call and text customers
• Collaborate with dealership staff, brand partners, and marketing teams to support lead generation and conversion
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets
• Work on‑site in our office (not a hybrid or remote position)
