Job summary

Valley Tree Care in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to drive outbound calls, present tree care services, and book visits with our arborists. The role emphasizes a friendly, informative approach and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

You will handle basic inquiries, keep precise call records, and work from our North Phoenix office with a Monday–Friday schedule and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM hours. Compensation starts at $19.00 per hour with bi-weekly bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence.
• Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated.
• Comfortable working with call scripts and customer tracking tools.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners from a provided list.
• Introduce our tree care services in a friendly and informative way.
• Explain the benefits of a free tree evaluation.
• Schedule appointments for certified arborists to visit and assess customers’ trees.
• Answer basic questions and handle any initial concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses.
