Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk to support efficient outbound processes and paperwork in a fast-paced environment. You will interact with carriers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams while ensuring accurate data entry in the WMS and proper documentation.

You may handle floor duties and operate warehouse equipment when certified, with first-hand exposure to modern warehouse systems and processes in Las Vegas, NV.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
• Must be able to commute to 6200 N. Range Road, Las Vegas, NV 89115.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders and the related paperwork (BOLS, manifests, yard docs).
• Communicate with carriers and coordinate with supervisor and Trade teams.
• Enter data into the warehouse management system and file documents.
• Occasionally work on the warehouse floor with equipment operators.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely if certified.

Job Description

Arvato is currently seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk who possesses a keen eye for detail, excels in communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you'll not only contribute to the efficiency of our operations but also have the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge warehouse equipment and collaborate with various teams across the organisation.

YOUR TASKS

• In this role, you will help prepare outbound orders and the necessary paperwork associated with each, i.e. BOLS, delivery manifests, and yard management documents.
• You will communicate with different delivery carriers, work directly with the supervisor and lead in this department and will also communicate with our service delivery and Trade teams.
• This role will require data entry into a warehouse management system and filing documents and forms.
• You will occasionally have to be out on the warehouse floor and will work with our warehouse equipment operators.
• You may be required to operate warehouse equipment safely (only when certified by Arvato).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Previous experience in operations of Warehousing and Shipping, and use of equipment such as forklifts, order pickers and pallet runners.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to commute daily to 6200 N. Range Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89115
• Shift hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm PST
