Elevation Exteriors is expanding its Inside Marketing team in Fort Wayne, Indiana, seeking motivated individuals to join as Cold Callers and Inside Marketing Representatives. You will spark conversations, build interest, and schedule qualified appointments for our in-home sales consultants.

We are looking for motivated, confident individuals to join us as Cold Callers and Inside Marketing Representatives. What You Will Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to homeowners using provided leads and dialing systems
• Introducing Elevation Exteriors and educating homeowners about our roofing, siding, and exterior services
• Identifying interest and scheduling free inspections and consultations
• Accurately entering homeowner information and appointment details
• Representing the company professionally and confidently on every call
• Working with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals
