Young Mazda Missoula is hiring Customer Service Representatives / Outbound Call Specialists to join our growing Young Automotive Group family. In this role you will make outbound and inbound calls, schedule service appointments, follow up on maintenance, and support the service team with CRM workflows.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, call center, or sales is preferred.
