You’ll connect with customers via calls, texts, and digital channels to schedule service appointments, follow up on maintenance needs, and support the service team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in growth opportunities within the organization.
• Goal‑driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound/inbound calls to customers regarding service appointments, maintenance reminders, and special offers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize technology and CRM systems to track customer interactions and follow-up opportunities.
• Answer customer inquiries and efficiently schedule service appointments.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced call center environment while meeting daily call and service targets.
