Job summary

The Young Automotive Group is hiring Outbound Sales Call Specialists / BDC Representatives at our Buick GMC location in Layton, Utah. This full-time role centers on delivering exceptional customer service, driving appointments, and supporting the sales team in a fast-paced call center environment.

You will use CRM tools to manage interactions, promote packages, and meet sales goals, with a compensation mix of hourly pay plus commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM software.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
