Job summary

The Young Automotive Group is hiring an Outbound Sales Call Specialist at the Young Subaru location in Ogden, Utah. You’ll work in a fast-paced, call center-style environment performing outbound calls to generate interest and set appointments for the sales team.

The role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and CRM utilization, with compensation including hourly pay plus commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM software.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
