Young Automotive Group is hiring at its Young Powersports XL location in Centerville, Utah for Outbound Sales Call Specialists / BDC Representatives. This role acts in a fast-paced, call-center style environment to connect with customers, generate interest, and set appointments for the sales team.

The position offers $15/hour plus commission and bonuses, with full-time benefits and a family-friendly culture. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM software.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote packages, special offers, and schedule appointments for the sales team
