What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations
- Follow approved scripts to ensure clarity and professionalism during calls
- Meet daily productivity goals, including outbound dials and appointments set
- Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as requested by members or providers
- Monitor and report performance metrics, including call handling and appointment success

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or high-volume environment preferred
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule and use multiple systems simultaneously

- Experience working in a metrics-driven environment with an auto dialer and scripts
- Persuasive skills with the ability to handle rebuttals professionally
