What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Conduct an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations
  2. Utilize approved scripts to ensure members understand the services offered and respond to objections professionally
  3. Meet daily productivity goals, including 300-400 outbound calls and setting 24 appointments
  4. Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed, maintaining communication with members and providers
  5. Monitor performance metrics and report member complaints to management

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  2. At least 1 year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required
  3. Experience in a high-volume outbound call center environment preferred
  4. Strong communication and persuasive skills with a professional demeanor
  5. Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule and use multiple systems simultaneously
