What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations
2. Follow approved scripts and respond to member inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
3. Meet daily productivity goals, including 300-400 outbound calls and 24 appointments set per day
4. Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with members and providers as needed
5. Monitor and report performance metrics including call volume and appointment outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
2. 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required
3. Previous experience in an outbound call center or metrics-driven environment preferred
4. Strong communication skills with a friendly and conversational demeanor
5. Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule
