Qualifications

• Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Community college students encouraged to apply).
• This role requires 10–15 hours per week.
• Strong interest in sales, consulting, or business development.
• Flexible schedule that aligns with full-time student commitments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls using provided scripts and frameworks.
• Set appointments for senior consulting professionals at a respected actuarial firm.
• Engage prospects in a professional and confident manner.
• Track call activity, outcomes, and follow-ups with accuracy.
• Work toward clear daily and weekly performance goals.
• Represent L&E with professionalism in all interactions.
