This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with hourly pay of $18.00-$20.00 plus performance-based incentives. Training is provided, and no prior insurance experience is required to get started in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate interest in State Farm insurance products.
• Engage potential customers in friendly, professional conversations.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the licensed sales team.
• Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointments.
• Meet daily/weekly activity and appointment-setting goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize opportunities.
