The Jack Herbst State Farm Agency is seeking an energetic Appointment Setter / Telemarketer to reach out to potential customers, generate interest in insurance products, and schedule appointments for the licensed sales team. No prior insurance experience is required, just a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

You will make outbound calls, follow up with interested prospects, and maintain accurate records while striving to meet daily and weekly goals in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Strong communication and phone etiquette.
• Ability to work with lead lists and meet daily targets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls.
• Sales or customer service experience is favorable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lead lists.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the licensed sales team.
• Introduce customers to auto, home, life, and other insurance products.
• Follow up with prospects who expressed interest.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointments.
• Meet daily and weekly call and appointment goals.
• Represent the agency in a friendly, professional manner.
