Job summary

PG&E is seeking an Outage Quality Specialist to ensure outages are accurately reported and aligned with regulatory filings. You will review outages, support ILIS to ADMS transition, and provide expert guidance across DCC teams to improve processes.

The role also involves coaching staff, developing standards, and delivering training while collaborating with field leadership. Hybrid work model with some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of working time.
• Experience with outage reporting and regulatory filings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews outages in outage management systems and evaluates accuracy against reliability metrics.
• Supports ILIS to ADMS transition including testing, documentation and training.
• Updates ILIS/ADMS records to ensure correct reporting and customer counts.
• Coaches and develops less experienced personnel.
• Leads process improvement initiatives and documents standards.
• Provides training to DCC operators and leadership.
