Job summary

Allied Power Group is seeking a Contract Performance Manager to serve as the customer’s lead for long-term service and maintenance agreements on heavy-duty gas turbines and CC steam turbines. The CPM/PM directs outage scheduling, coordinates with Field Services, and owns the Remote Diagnostic Services notification and escalation process, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of outages.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations, maintenance, or program/outage management for heavy-duty gas turbines and CC steam turbines.
• Experience managing customer-facing long-term service agreements, outage planning cycles, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong scheduling, reporting, and verbal communication skills; able to preside over customer meetings and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between APG and Owner for the Agreement.
• Coordinate outage scheduling and preplanning with Field Services and Parts.
• Develop outage projections and forecast; assist with warranty claims.
• Manage remote monitoring notifications and monthly reports.
• Deliver outage and annual reports to Owner and lead meetings.
