Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Parts Business Leader to support outages across North America, ensuring timely delivery of parts for project execution. You will collaborate with the RNA Platform Team, Product Lines, and external customers to coordinate requirements and minimize downtime in the Mid-West region, with Columbus, OH or Chicago, IL as preferred locations.

You will manage the full order lifecycle—from quotes to delivery and invoicing—while partnering with Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; experience may adjust level.
• Minimum 5 years in a related industry or function.
• Experience with Order Management, Field Service, and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop outage-specific parts lists from drawings and specs.
• Manage full order lifecycle: quotes, entry, delivery tracking, invoicing, payment.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory, and Finance for execution.
• Provide timely support for outages planning and urgent parts needs.
• Work with Regional Sales to craft customer proposals and solutions.
• Apply commercial and financial strategies to quotes and orders.
