Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking an Outage Management Systems (OMS) Technical Support Specialist to provide SME support for the CGI OMS, handling operational and maintenance tasks. This role is hybrid in Southern California with possible remote work and requires on-call rotation.

The ideal candidate will support system logic, data, and OMS-related projects, contribute to server upgrades, and collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure and communications. Proficiency in SQL and Python is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Maintenance experience with back-office support of the Outage Management System (OMS).
• Electrical Utility or similar industry experience preferred.
• Experience with OpenGrid Network.
• Solid knowledge of SQL databases.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Windows Server maintenance experience.
• Strong operational support skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME support for the CGI Outage Management System (OMS) application.
• Support ongoing operations and maintenance activities.
• Participate in on-call duty rotation; support PST working hours.
• Analyze system logic, data and processes related to OMS projects.
• Assist with OMS configuration, testing, and hands-on support during upgrades.
• Collaborate with IT teams to maintain, improve, and implement infrastructure.
