Job summary

Urban Initiatives in Chicago seeks an analytical self-starter to coordinate our Community School’s Initiative (CSI) programming. The Resource Coordinator will expand out-of-school time programming, secure vendors and partners, and collaborate with school day teachers to run math and literacy activities.

The role requires managing multiple projects, recruiting program staff, and handling attendance and timesheet data, while supporting program instruction and a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience using multiple communication platforms to engage stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with high-quality work.
• Budget management experience across programs or initiatives.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills within a team.
• Experience recruiting program staff or partners for implementation.
• Capacity to juggle diverse tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Organize schedules for out-of-school time programming.
• Secure vendors and community partners for program delivery.
