Swift Transportation Gary, IN terminal is hiring refrigerated OTR drivers out of Gary, IN. Driving OTR can take you coast-to-coast with a wide variety of load options and high earning potential.

Guaranteed Pay Plus+ starts July 13, 2026, with eligible OTR Company Drivers guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 per week during their first 90 days of solo driving. Weekly paychecks and a strong benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid CDL Class A license.
• No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 2 years.
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No serious traffic violations in the past year.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated OTR routes coast-to-coast from Gary, IN.
• Provide safe and compliant long-haul transportation.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and company regulations.

Not convicted of transporting, possessing, or unlawful use of Schedule 1 drugs while on duty in the last 3 years.
