Swift Transportation is seeking CDL-A drivers for a paid trainee over-the-road (OTR) opportunity based out of Columbus, OH. New CDL-A holders will train under an experienced mentor and gain real-world experience on the road.

During training, you will receive hands-on instruction with modern equipment and the support of a nationwide network. After completion, you transition to the applicable compensation program and begin solo driving with guidance from seasoned mentors.

Upon successful completion of the training program, drivers transition to the applicable trip, hourly, ordaily-basedcompensation program.
