Swift Transportation is now hiring CDL-A drivers for a paid trainee over-the-road (OTR) opportunity based out of Phoenix, AZ. If you've recently earned your CDL-A and are ready to gain real-world experience, you will train with a professional mentor to build a successful driving career with one of the nation’s leading carriers.

During the mentorship program, you’ll receive hands-on over-the-road training, industry-leading support, and the skills necessary to become a proficient professional

• $850 Average Weekly Pay in Phoenix, AZduring training

• Paid OTR Training with an experienced driver mentor

Upon successful completion of the training program, drivers transition to the applicable trip, hourly, ordaily-basedcompensation program.
After successfully upgrading to solo status, eligible OTR Company Drivers are guaranteed to earn at least $1,000 per week during their first90 daysof solo driving. Terms and conditions apply.
