Swift Transportation is seeking CDL-A trainees for an over-the-road (OTR) mentorship program based in Houston, TX. The role offers hands-on, paid training with an experienced driver mentor to help you build real-world trucking skills and begin a professional driving career.

During training, you will earn an average of $850 per week in Houston, with opportunities to transition to solo driving after completion.

Swift Transportation is now hiring CDL-A drivers for a paid trainee OTR opportunity based out of Houston, TX. Ifyou'verecently earned your CDL-A and are ready to gain real-world experience, this is your chance to hit the road with a professional mentor and build a successful career with one of the nation's leading carriers.
Through our mentorship program,you'llreceive hands-on over-the-road training, industry-leading support, and the opportunity to develop the skills needed to become a successful professional driver.

• $850 Average Weekly Pay in Houston, TX during training

Upon successful completion of the training program, drivers transition to the applicable trip, hourly, ordaily-basedcompensation program.
