Monson-and-Sons, Inc. is seeking a Class A CDL company driver for long-haul routes across the United States. This full-time position offers a route nationwide, with 10 openings and strong earning potential.

Starting pay is $0.59/mile, increasing with years of service to $0.64/mile, plus stop and bonus incentives. Benefits begin after 90 days, including health, vision, dental, AFLAC, 401K, and vacation; it’s a family-owned operation focusing on safety and reliability.

Formación

• 3 years verifiable OTR Class A experience.
• Clear MVR with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must pass DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen and physical capacity test.
• Must pass driving test.

Short haul miles, 1-150/mls is $0.15 additional per loaded mile, 151-368 is $0.10 additional per loaded mile
