Monson-and-Sons, Inc. is hiring a Full Time - Single - Company Driver to operate across the United States on a Class A CDL. Starting rate is $0.59 per mile, increasing to $0.60, $0.61, $0.62, $0.63, and $0.64 per mile with years of service; potential earnings range from $50K to $100K annually. Openings: 10.

Benefits kick in after 90 days, including health, vision, dental, AFLAC, and 401K with company match. Other bonuses include stop pay, and a per-loaded-mile premium for short hauls.

Qualifications

• 3 years verifiable OTR Class A experience.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.

Short haul miles, 1-150/mls is $0.15 additional per loaded mile, 151-368 is $0.10 additional per loaded mile

• Stop pay - $50 per stop after the first

• Paperwork scanning via cab or truck stop
• 3 years verifable OTR Class A experience
• Clear MVR - No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• Must be able to DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen & physical capacity test.
• Must pass driving test
